Decided this past weekend that i will be blogging.
Got the awesome opportunity to hang out and serve @ SIFAT this weekend (www.sifat.org). I drove up to lineville, AL to make a promo video for SIFAT. The video will be used and sent out to 30 churches already signed up for camp. . . pumped i was able to help. (picture on top is of me and Nate, campus director @ SIFAT). Im planning on coming back here to work for 2 weeks during summer camp (first 2 weeks in june, maybe) with my good friend Angela. =)
Got some time to think about life...and whats been going on in my life and what God has been and is continuing to do. To say that I'm 'pumped' about what God is doing is an understatement.
A verse that has been standing out to me lately and something that i've been praying every morning is Psalm 16:11 which says 'You WILL fill me with joy in your presence.' I love it. God has blessed me with some crazy joy over the past month. Can't stop smiling. Can't stop thinking about how faithful and awesome God has been to me. Best part about this verse i think is the word 'will'.... meaning that it is something that God IS going to do. Love God's presence...Joy is there!
Going to Guatemala on Friday to see my best friend David who lives/works at Casa Bernabe (orphanage). miss him. gonna be good times. pics and video to come.
